My son is 13 and we have tried a plethora of activities with him. Football, soccer, church summer camp... but it wasn't until these amazing instructors of shotokan karate began teaching him the beginner moves, that my son finally became engaged and excited about something other than video games! I highly recommend it for any child, it's never too late to start! They also have women's self defense and yoga classes!

My son has been going to karate for over a year now and taught by Lauren since he started. She is an amazing instructor and great person for all your fitness needs. I would recommend this place anyone trying to better themselves.

My grandson just joined the classes. He is 8 years old. His statement to me was,"that was hard! But I had a lot of fun! when can I come back!" all the energy of the day totally expended. Hungry boy and went right to bed (after homework). Ah! if we could do this every day.
